Rigobert Noel has over 12 years of combined careers and life skills coaching experience. He is currently the Assistance Director at Boston College, Carroll Graduate School of Management, Career Strategies Department. Rigobert works with students in the specialty Master of Finance and Accounting programs. In his current role, Rigobert works hands-on with clients to devise their individual action plan and strategies to pursue careers in the finance and accounting industry. In addition to working with his clients, Rigobert also maintains close relationships with top business firms such as EY, PWC, KPMG, & Deloitte (Big 4), Grant Thornton, State Street Corporation, Fidelity Investments, Capital One, Liberty Mutual, John Hancock, Braver, Anchin Block and Anchin, McGladrey, Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary and more.
Before coming to Boston College, Rigobert spent 4 years at the Boston Private Industry Council as a Career Specialist. His role consist of working directly with high school students and placing them in various roles with top employers, which includes, but not limited to, Boston College, State Street, John Hancock, Brigham and Woman’s Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Deaconess, Bank of America, The Boston Globe, IBM and more.
Prior to his current profession, Rigobert spent over 10 years in a clinical capacity where he worked with families and clients involved with the Department of Social Services, the criminal and juvenile judicial system.
Rigobert received a Master of Management Degree from Cambridge College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and an Associates of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Child Psychology. Rigobert is a loving father of 4 children and a husband of 10 years. The Noel family lives in the Greater Boston area.
Justin McCummings has over 12 years of combined experience in recruitment, diversity and inclusion, career coaching, and teaching in the higher education and healthcare industries. Currently he is the Medical Staff Recruitment Manager at Boston Medical Center where he directs and executes the hospital’s strategic plan for the recruitment and retention of under-represent minority post graduate medical trainees and faculty.
Prior to coming to Boston Medical Center, Justin spent five years at Boston University School of Management’s Feld Career Center with his most recent role as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Career Services. During his tenure at BU, Justin led the development and implementation of career development services and programs for over 2,000 undergraduate business students. In addition, he was an appointed Lecture in the Organizational Development department at Boston University School of Management, where he taught a career development course SM411: Charting Your Career. Justin has been quoted in several articles and appeared on local television to discuss topics around networking and career development. Furthermore, Justin has held positions as an admissions professional at several institutions of higher education within the New England area.
Justin received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College and a Master in Education from Cambridge College. He lives in the Greater Boston area with his wife and daughter.
